Refund Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
1. Free trial first
Every new account has a free 3-day trial with full access, so you can judge the Service before paying. No payment is taken during the trial.
2. Merchant of Record
Payments for TheMedCoach are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds on our behalf.
3. 14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription. Renewal payments may be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal and the subscription was not used during that time.
4. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Paddle’s checkout terms explain how this right applies when access begins immediately. Our 14-day refund above applies in any case, so you can request a refund within that period. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
5. How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or
- visit paddle.net to find your order, or
- write to [email protected] from your account email with the date of payment.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt email. After cancellation no further payments are taken, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Canceling does not by itself refund the current period; request a refund as above if you are within the refund period.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where the account was used in breach of the Terms of Use, for example through account sharing or bulk copying of content, or where a refund has already been made for the same subscription.
